Opening our own deli
couldn't have been easier! With the amazing amount of help from the experienced
and knowledgeable franchise CEO, we were able to accomplish our dream of owning
a quality deli. California Fresh is the exact type of deli we had always
hoped we could one day use to serve our community – we’re able to offering our
friends and customers fresh, healthy, and delicious food!
The franchise CEO, Chad Jordan, has been
amazingly helpful. During the days leading up to our grand opening, he would
visit our location to assist us in many ways. Not only did he assemble the
shelving in our storage area (what CEO does that?!), but he also framed and
hung our menu boards, dealt with vendors and equipment providers, was always
involved in the installation of new and important equipment such as our high
tech register and juice machine, and even acted as go-between with the county
health department. The franchise CEO worked well above the call of duty to ensure
our deli a strong and stable start, as well as a successful start-up business.
Chad also
helped us with interviewing and training staff; in-fact, we are most grateful
for his recommendation to the most fantastic manager we could have ever found.
Rachel Hill was trained at the original California Fresh location, worked there
for three years, and now runs our location with amazing efficiency. California
Fresh Franchise has made starting our deli so much easier than if we had tried
to start it our own.
California Fresh is
the perfect match for us! We have always
wanted to offer our community a healthier style of eating, while staying in
step with a fast pace lifestyle. It can be challenging for consumers to make ends
meet, especially in this tough economy. That's why we enjoy the affordable
prices California Fresh offers our customers.

goals: fresh, healthy, affordable, fast, and delicious. The smoothies are made
simply with fruit, frozen yogurt and juice. The soups are also as natural as
can be. We buy produce from local farmers for the sandwiches and salads,
ensuring our produce is fresh and crisp daily. These are just a few examples of
how healthy and fresh the products are at California Fresh.
In conclusion, we are
so glad to be part of the California Fresh team. It's been the perfect match
for our family. The franchise team has been extremely helpful and available for
us. We are truly so pleased to have found and be a part of a company whose
