After investigating the industry, we opened our first store in Santa Maria, California. Understanding the lack of available healthy fresh foods we dedicated ourselves to opening a place that a family can come to get healthy delicious food.
The Santa Maria prototype opened in Santa Maria in 2004. We designed our store to provide a complete offering for clients looking for a fresh alternative to traditional fast food. The synergistic offering of smoothies and salads and sandwiches continue to delight our customers and creates a loyal following in the community.
Our concepts, along with our healthy, family-orientated offerings, will enable our franchise owners to offer the quality and service necessary to generate a tremendous repeat business. Through the complete system approach our franchises may provide this service with no prior background in the fast food related fields. We are not looking to turn our owners into sandwich makers or smoothie blenders; rather we are looking for individuals who will be alert to the needs of their community and who will manage and motivate their employees and promote their business. We will provide the training for you and your employees, and also provide technical and marketing support to assist you through our corporate support offices.
